DINKELACKER DARK: A longer kilning of the malt results in a darker beer with a roasted aroma and a long dry-malt aftertaste.
HOFBRAUHAUS BIER: Quite possibly the premier version of a German Helles-style beer. Malty, but not sweet, crisp, but not
bitter. 4 Stars for this one!
HOFBRAUHAUS KINDLE WEISSE: Unfiltered and somewhat cloudy, this wheat ale has hints of citrus and cloves, but is not overpowering.
Excellent during warm weather!
HOFBRAUHAUS OKTOBERFEST: According to our beer swami, this is exactly what you would get if you were in Munich for the
real festival.
